Bill Head and Carl S. “Red” Daniels founded our company in 1954. Since then, we have grown into an admired and respected organization that markets, sells, and administers a variety of insurance products for professionals throughout the U.S.

From that partnership in a one-room office in Portsmouth, Ohio came the concept of offering distinctive personalized service along with the finest insurance products available in the marketplace.
